Meet Beyza!
Beyza is a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with PACFA, holding a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is currently in the process of upgrading her registration to Clinical Member with PACFA.
Beyza integrates a strong foundation of academic training to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. She is committed to ongoing professional development and delivering therapy that fosters growth, resilience, and wellbeing.
In addition to her therapeutic qualifications, Beyza brings a diverse professional background with qualifications in business administration, multi-site retail management, human resource management, talent acquisition, and training and development. She is also a certified Life Coach (Max Potential) and a Justice of the Peace (JP).
She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of settings, including drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs, domestic and family violence shelters, counselling services for residents in aged care facilities, counselling for individuals involved in the criminal justice system, private clinics, NDIS, and insurance sectors.
Her areas of experience include working with clients presenting with conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Substance Use Disorders (SUD), Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD) and psychotic disorders.
Outside of her professional life, Beyza enjoys music, practicing yoga, writing, hiking, cooking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about giving back to the community through social causes and is actively volunteering in mental health service delivery and fundraising initiatives, contributing to evidence-based community support programs and research-informed mental health advocacy.
Beyza currently works in private practice and as an independent contractor.
